A controlled crossover trial at Delft University of Technology: bachelor students with no prior topic knowledge each experienced both the PC and VR versions of HabitsAWARE and HabitsPRO. VR scored higher on emotional connection, engagement, recall, and willingness to recommend it, with PC holding an edge only on ease of use. A separate icon-recognition test found 90% accuracy (57 of 63 answers).
